Bookings
A booking is confirmed when payment is received (for accommodation and add-ons) or when you receive an email confirmation (for parking-only enquiries).
Payment
Accommodation and add-ons are paid by NZ bank transfer once your booking is held. Parking is paid on arrival, by cash, bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise. Account details and a unique reference are in your confirmation email.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your check-in date are refunded in full. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Email us as soon as you know your plans have changed and we’ll do what we can.
What you bring
Some accommodation options require you to bring your own bedding and food. This is shown on each product before you book and repeated in your confirmation email. Please read carefully.
Liability
We take care to keep the property safe, but you park and stay at your own risk. We’re not responsible for theft of, or damage to, vehicles or belongings left on the property. The Cape Brett Track is a serious tramp. Your safety on the track is your responsibility.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version live on this page when you book is the version that applies to your booking.
