What we collect
When you make a booking we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the dates and items you’ve booked. Payment for accommodation and extras is by bank transfer to our New Zealand bank account; parking is paid on arrival (cash, bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise). We never collect or store card numbers, and the only payment information we record is the deposit reference our bank shows us.
How we use it
We use your contact details only to confirm your booking, send practical information about your stay, and follow up if anything about your booking changes.
Who we share it with
Resend sends our transactional emails on our behalf. They have their own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
Your rights
Under New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it. Email capebrettcarpark@gmail.com and we’ll respond within 20 working days.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for seven years to meet our IRD record- keeping obligations, then deleted.
